Two-factor authentication

With the new Two-Factor Authentication feature, you add an extra layer of security when accessing the platform, ensuring that only authorized users have access.

USB Lock

 Ensuring your data protection has never been simpler! With the new USB Lock feature, you can restrict the use of unauthorized external devices, preventing unauthorized access and potential data leaks.

Batch Occurrences

(Mobiles and Peripherals)

It is now possible to record incidents on multiple devices simultaneously, such as losses, maintenance, or updates, ensuring consistency and efficiency in asset management.

As an improvement in this new version, we have the possibility of registering mass occurrences to exclude equipment if they are in the “Deactivated” status, facilitating better management of your environment.

Equipment class parameterization

(For Pending and Inactive situations)

 Now, you can configure equipment classes to better manage Pending and Inactive status. This feature makes it easier to configure how you'll receive status updates for each asset and ensure more efficient control of your operations.

New Alert: Battery Health Critical

 Keep your devices always ready for use! Now, you receive automatic alerts whenever a device's battery health reaches a critical state, allowing corrective action to be taken before any interruption occurs.

What's New in View Configuration

The "Vision" screen now includes new modules, offering more control and flexibility to manage your platform.

RAM and Disk Serial Number

 Track your equipment details more accurately! RAM and disk serial numbers are now available directly in device information, making management and maintenance easier.

Agent version for Oracle Linux

It is now possible to install Easy Inventory on devices running Oracle Linux, ensuring complete monitoring and management of these assets within the IT infrastructure.

Usage time without interaction

 Easy Inventory monitors equipment usage time, identifying periods of inactivity even when the computer is on. This feature provides managers with accurate data on actual device usage, optimizing resource management and productivity.

Company registration

 Now, you can monitor the amount of equipment planned vs. used by each company, ensuring greater organization and control.

Changing the IP range for the equipment

Now you have even more flexibility in network management! With this new feature, you can change the IP range of devices, making it easier to organize and control your infrastructure.

Sound card

Another detail to make your queries easier! Now, information about your equipment's sound card is available directly in the Dossier. Get quick and convenient access to the technical data you need.


Magnifying Glass - Search for monitor linked to the device

Speed up your searches! You can now quickly locate monitors linked to your devices using the magnifying glass feature. More precision and convenience for managing your devices.


New Fields in AD

Now, the People registry has two new fields from Active Directory (AD): Division and Employee, for even more precise and organized management.

  • Employee: Track employee status more effectively.


What's New in Reports!

 

🔹 "Motherboard" and "BIOS" columns in the R10 report - Equipment by manufacturer

The R10 Report - Devices by Manufacturer is now even more comprehensive! The new "Motherboard" and "BIOS" columns have been added, offering a more detailed and technical overview of your devices.

 

🔹 R39 Battery Health

With the new Battery Health Report, you can now track the status and condition of your devices' batteries in detail and accurately.

 

🔹 R40 Deactivated equipment

Now it's easier to track and manage decommissioned assets! The Decommissioned Equipment Report provides a clear overview of devices that have been decommissioned through DEACTIVATION, helping with organization and maintenance or disposal planning.

 

🔹 R41 Excluded equipment

Now, you can closely track all devices removed from your inventory with the new Deleted Equipment Report. This report provides a detailed overview of removals, ensuring greater traceability of your assets.

 

🔹 R42 Departments by performance

Now you can analyze the performance of each department with the new Departments by Performance Report.


What's New in Software Deployment

 Easy Inventory now allows you to send and run .BAT files directly on managed devices through the software distribution functionality.

This update expands the possibilities for automation and remote maintenance, allowing you to apply custom commands, configuration adjustments, and more, all in a convenient and centralized way.


Monitor serial number

Easy Inventory now automatically captures the serial number of the monitor connected to the device. This improvement allows for even more precise control of your hardware fleet, facilitating audits, replacements, and asset tracking.

More security for your passwords

 In Easy Inventory, it is now possible to configure the minimum and maximum number of digits required for user passwords, increasing security when accessing the system.
